How BINGO Digi Connected Audi’s Content, Creators and Dealer Follow-Up in China
Connecting Brand Attention With Dealer Follow-Up
Audi needed more than campaign reach in China. Social content, creator partnerships, customer data and dealer enquiries had to work as one connected journey.
BINGO Digi developed a private-traffic and content-operation model around two project frameworks: A-Circle for audience and lead management, and Strong Voice for ongoing content and creator collaboration.
The programme connected major social platforms, Baidu search, a WeChat Mini Program and local dealer follow-up. It also included always-on content, a multi-tier creator network and the flagship campaign referred to in the project records as Legend 8.
According to the supplied project reporting, the programme generated the following results. These figures should remain linked to the relevant reporting period, media scope and lead definition in the final published case.

Turning Fragmented Digital Activity Into a Measurable Customer Journey
China’s premium automotive market required Audi to compete across brand storytelling, product technology, creator discussion, search and dealer experience.
High reach alone did not show whether a potential customer had moved towards comparison, enquiry, test-drive consideration or dealer contact. Different platforms also served different behaviours, from retained communication and lifestyle discovery to short-form reach and active search.
Audi therefore needed a system that could give each channel a clear role, retain useful audience signals and help dealers respond to qualified enquiries without treating every interaction as the same level of intent.
Premium Automotive Decisions Develop Across Multiple Touchpoints
A vehicle purchase rarely follows one advertisement directly to conversion. Consumers may encounter a brand story, watch a product explanation, search for specifications and contact a dealer at different times.
BINGO Digi used the 5A journey—Aware, Appeal, Ask, Act and Advocate—to organise these behaviours. The model was used as a planning structure rather than a claim that every user moved through the stages in a fixed order.
Content and CRM Needed to Share One Operating Logic
Content could create attention and answer questions, but it could not complete dealer follow-up on its own. CRM could manage enquiries, but it needed relevant content and behavioural context to support useful communication.
A-Circle and Strong Voice therefore had complementary roles: one organised audience relationships and lead handling, while the other maintained the content and creator activity that brought people into the journey.
Creator Scale Needed Different Levels of Authority
Top KOLs could build broad awareness. Mid-tier creators could explain vehicles and ownership subjects in greater depth, while local KOCs could contribute market-specific experience.
Using the same brief for all three groups would reduce credibility. Each tier needed a defined topic, evidence standard and role in the customer journey.
Build a Closed Loop From Discovery to Dealer Action
BINGO Digi designed a connected model linking platform content, creator activity, search, WeChat retention, Mini Program interactions and dealer follow-up.
Strong Voice supported eight recurring content series and more than 30 mid-tier creators. A-Circle organised audience signals and lead information. The WeChat SCRM layer helped distribute eligible enquiries to dealers and record subsequent action.
The purpose was not to eliminate paid media. It was to make paid, owned and creator-led traffic more useful by connecting it with product education, retained communication and a defined conversion route.
Giving Platforms, Creators and Campaigns Distinct Roles
The programme combined ongoing operations with larger campaign moments.
Platform-Native Content Operations
BINGO Digi created separate content plans for WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, Zhihu and Xiaohongshu.
WeChat carried longer-form brand and product communication. Weibo supported public discussion, Douyin adapted stories into short video, Zhihu addressed research-led questions, and Xiaohongshu connected vehicle topics with lifestyle, ownership and consideration content.
Multi-Tier Creator Collaboration
Top KOLs introduced larger brand or campaign themes. Mid-tier creators provided more sustained product and category discussion, while local KOCs added market-level relevance.
More than 30 mid-tier creators were developed within the Strong Voice network. This gave Audi a more stable publishing base between major launches and reduced dependence on isolated celebrity placements.
Legend 8 Flagship Storytelling
The project records refer to a flagship campaign as Legend 8, built around the theme “Legends Think Alike.”
BINGO Digi used film-style content, immersive campaign materials and creator perspectives to present the flagship vehicle through ideas of vision, leadership and contemporary luxury.
The campaign served as a high-attention chapter that could lead interested users towards deeper product information and dealer contact.
Because Legend 8 has not been matched to a publicly verifiable Audi model or official campaign title, the name should be confirmed against the original client brief before publication.
Connecting SCRM Data With Responsible Lead Handling
The WeChat Mini Program captured defined user actions and passed eligible leads into the SCRM workflow. Leads could then be assigned to the relevant dealer, with follow-up status recorded for programme reporting.
Audience and journey tags supported segmentation, but they did not replace consent or prove purchase intent. Content engagement, marketing permission, enquiry submission and dealer contact needed to remain distinct actions.
Measurement also separated impressions, clicks, valid leads, dealer acceptance and completed outcomes. According to the supplied reporting, the programme recorded 66.7 million ad clicks alongside 127,000 sales leads and an RMB 630 cost per lead. Final publication should retain the original definitions, attribution window and invalid-lead rules behind these figures.
Building an Operating System Beyond Individual Campaigns
Two Frameworks Connected Content and CRM
Strong Voice supported ongoing communication, while A-Circle organised audience and lead journeys.
Eight Content Series Maintained Continuity
Recurring themes kept Audi active between major product and campaign moments.
More Than 30 Mid-Tier Creators Added Depth
A sustained creator network supported product education beyond one-off top-KOL exposure.
Platform Roles Reflected Chinese User Behaviour
WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, Zhihu, Xiaohongshu and Baidu search contributed at different stages.
Dealer Follow-Up Became Part of Campaign Design
The Mini Program and SCRM workflow connected digital enquiries with local action.
Why It Worked
The Programme Connected Brand Building With a Defined Conversion Route
BINGO Digi treated private traffic as an operating model, not simply a WeChat follower count.
Always-on content and creator collaboration maintained discovery and consideration. A-Circle organised audience relationships, while the Mini Program and SCRM workflow gave valid enquiries a route into dealer follow-up.
The 5A framework helped different teams plan around stages of customer interest without assuming a perfectly linear journey. Platform-specific content also allowed Audi to use each channel according to its actual role in China.
The case reflects BINGO Digi’s contribution to digital ecosystem strategy, content operations, creator-network development, WeChat SCRM design, lead routing, platform planning and flagship campaign development. Reported performance should remain accompanied by its original period, definitions and attribution methodology.
